Online market stores on websites have now become trending places for shopping but at the same time, it has several service issues. The E-commerce industry has now taken its fleet swiftly nowadays after the arrival of Amazon.com in the Pakistani marketplace. After the government's efforts, several services and policies have been rectified to open access for international business firms. Multinational companies have made their way to operate in Pakistan like Daraz. pk, Alibaba.com or Ali express, goto.pk, Telemart.pk and Amazon in the end. Although, there are some drawbacks that customer faces during and after selling or purchasing.

Daraz. pk is the best leading store and it is considered one of the oldest online marketplaces operating in Pakistan for more than 5 years. Recently, the company had joint hands with Alibaba.com to have access to global products through which a dare customer can also purchase high-quality imported products. There are various reasons why a customer avoids purchasing product from these online stores and prefer the offline market.

Firstly, delivery takes a lot of time to reach the destination. Delivery talks almost a day if the product is to be delivered in the same city but takes more than 3 or 4 days. Sometimes delivery takes a long time due to technical faults or seller incompetency.

Secondly, when the product is poorly packed and it is sent via delivery, the product gets scratches and sometimes gets broken. Thus, there are risks regarding the delivery option.

Thirdly, the store offers a return option if the package is damaged, or you have disliked the product that you received due to a reason. The biggest problem in this regard is that you must drop that same package including all those tags, vouchers or anything that had come within it at the nearest TCS centre or dares shop. A return form is filled out and then printed while pasting the parcel. On behalf of my experience, only specific TCS centres accept the parcel for free delivery otherwise they charge their fees. You must get information from the call centre about where to drop your parcel at a specific TCS shop.

Fourth, the return process is tough, long and wants patience from the customer side. The delivery itself takes more than 3 days to reach the Daraz warehouse. At the warehouse, the parcel sent is inspected and it takes more than 11 or 12 days to be inspected. All around, the process takes around 14 to 16 days for a refund or resend the same product.

Fifth, the refund is given after the long-term refund process that you had filed. The biggest problem is that the refund is only in the form of a voucher in your account. But thanks to Daraz, now it offers you a transfer directly into your bank account. But you should Definity have a bank account to receive the money otherwise you will be stuck to purchasing any item from the online store.

Sixth, sometimes fashion or clothing products are not received as appeared in the Ads or the product page. In the online market, you can not touch the stuff to check its quality. So, people prefer to buy wearing items from the local market.

Seventh, Delivery charges always cost and make the product expensive in a way that the delivery charges are added with the product price. Thus, you would find the purchased product expensive in this way.
In Short, E-commerce is the leading business around the world and as well as in Pakistan. Along with its advantage, there are drawbacks due to which the public feels unconfident to purchase anything from online stores. But there is hope for certain improvements in the behaviour of their electronic management system.
